Refund Policy – FusionWaveTech
At FusionWaveTech, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@fusionwavetech.store. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package. Please do not send any items back without receiving prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We strongly encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right—whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.

If you are looking to make an exchange, the quickest way is to return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster service and availability.
For customers located within the European Union, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period, which means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without needing to provide a reason. The returned item must still be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that while we issue the refund promptly, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
